This form is for MUNIvers merchant and sub-merchants to submit potential Code-Related Complaints about MUNIvers or Payrix our integration partner under the Code of Conduct for the Credit and Debit Card Industry in Canada.

Your complaint will be reviewed by an Executive Manager or Officer of MUNIvers and you will receive acknowledgement within 5 business days.

If you have a non Code-Related complaint, you still file a complaint here, or reach out to your MUNIvers Relationship Manager at anytime.
